The Aswan Journal of Physical Education and Sports Sciences is a semi-annual international periodical magazine specialized in publishing research and scientific articles in the fields of education, sports, physical education and related sciences, sports management, recreation, curricula and teaching methods, health sciences, sports tourism, sports engineering and sports mechanics. Research can be published in Arabic or English. According to the Academic Publication Regulations at Aswan University, issued by the Faculty of Mathematical Education at Aswan University.
The Faculty of Physical Education at Aswan University publishes a scientific journal under the name "Aswan Journal of Physical Education and Sports Sciences."

The magazine is concerned with publishing scientific research and articles in the fields of education, sports, sports education and related sciences, sports management and recreation, curricula, teaching methods, health sciences, sports tourism, sports engineering and sports mechanics.
- It is permissible to subscribe to the magazine with research and articles conducted or with the participation of faculty members or researchers in universities, institutes and scientific research bodies in Egypt or abroad.
- Research papers are published according to the priority of their receipt after being arbitrated and finalized in their final form in accordance with the conditions of publication and the rules decided by the journal.
Studies and research are subject to scientific arbitration by a group of professors specialized in the field of research and studies presented (2 professors).
Margins are sequenced and collected at the end of the study, with full data on the source confirmed when mentioned or once and the page number referred to when referring to the source.
- The opinions published express the opinion of their owners only.
- The response to the researcher is to accept the research, make amendments, or reject the research within 15 days from the date of submitting the research

Evaluation and publication fees for scientific research in the journal
For Egyptians :
For Egyptians, The arbitration fee is sent with the research, which is an amount of 500 pounds per search.
Collecting EGP 30 for each page of the research presented, after being accepted for publication.
Collecting 50 pounds per color page.
For non-Egyptians :
150 dollars are collected for arbitration for each research as soon as it is received in the journal for the first time and before it is sent to arbitration.
10 dollars for publication for each page after accepted research.
- All amounts are given in favor of the university's research fund (provided that the payment slip is attached to all research ) .
- The amount is transferred to the journal's account in the National Central Bank of Egypt to the scientific journal account number 32400104. Funds account for Aswan University, the Graduate Studies Fund for Research, with notifying the college with a copy of the transfer.
- The author of the research or its authors are granted a free copy of the journal and the publication letter if the research is accepted, The author shall bear the costs of sending the volume by mail.
- Each professor has the publish an individual or research with another professor in every volume without the researcher bearing the costs of publication or arbitration.
